Butler SGA provides two ways for students to share feedback and bring attention to campus issues. Both forms are available on the SGA website, but they serve different purposes.
Anonymous Complaint: Use this form to report conduct-related complaints to SGA’s Judicial Branch. It provides a way to raise concerns about conduct while remaining anonymous.
Student Concern: Use this form to share an issue or concern you would like to see addressed or improved on campus. Student concerns are brought to Student Senate, where senators can discuss the issue and explore potential solutions.
You can also bring a concern to Senate in person on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. in the Reilly Room, unless a schedule change is posted on the Senate page.
Not sure which form to use?
If your concern involves conduct, submit an Anonymous Complaint. If you want to see a campus issue addressed, submit a Student Concern.
