Academic Affairs Committee
The Academic Affairs Committee serves as a representative of student opinion on academic matters. This committee promotes an educational environment that is conducive to student success, reviews/recommends academic policies and procedures put forth by the University and its respective colleges, and maintains a working relationship with each of the six academic colleges.

Appropriations Committee
The Appropriations Committee serves as a representative of student opinion on University and student organization expenditures. This committee prepares student organizations for grant request presentations, oversees the Audit Board, and maintains a working relationship with the Office of Student Activities, the Vice President, and the External Auditor.

Diversity, Equity, and Student Belonging Committee
The Diversity, Equity, and Student Belonging Committee serves as a representative of student opinion on all matters relating to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives on campus and in the Indianapolis community. This committee advocates for underserved students in the University community and maintains a working relationship with the University’s Department of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and the Efroymson Diversity Center.

Student Activities Committee
The Student Activities Committee serves as a representative of student opinion on all matters relating to the formation and operation of endorsed student organizations. This committee prepares student organizations to present before the Student Senate and maintains a working relationship with the Office of Student Activities.

University Life Committee
The University Life Committee serves as a representative of student opinion on all matters not delegated to other commissions, including, but not limited to: University policy recommendations/concerns, environmental affairs, campus safety, and other issues affecting the overall University community. This committee maintains a working relationship with the Office of Student Activities, the Office of the Dean of Students, and the Department of Public Safety.
