MENTAL HEALTH & WELL-BEING BOARD

The Mental Health & Well-Being Board works to break the stigma around discussing mental health and implement a prevention-conscious culture on Butler’s campus.

SGA’s Mental Health & Well-Being Board is made up of a group of students working to better the mental health and well-being of all students on Butler’s campus. The Board aims to act as a liaison between Counseling & Consultation Services, University Administration, the Division of Academic Affairs, and the student body. Additionally, SGA’s Mental Health & Well-Being Board works diligently to ensure that student concerns are being heard and standards of care are being met. SGA believes that students deserve safe, reliable, and consistent mental health resources every day — students should not need to be in crisis to receive the care that they desperately need.
