The Judicial Branch

The Judicial Branch is comprised of six justices and a Chief Justice. The branch rules on the constitutionality of both legislative and executive actions and hears appeals regarding SGA decisions, including the allocation of grants and the endorsement of student organizations. Additionally, the Judicial Branch is responsible for holding Presidential and Senate elections and has the authority to hold conduct hearings in order to hold SGA members accountable for their actions.
