This past Wednesday’s Senate meeting started by addressing student concerns, followed by grant proposals for the French club, Model of United Nations, and the American Pharmacists Association - Academy of Student Pharmacists. Grant proposals can be used by SGA endorsed organizations to request financial support from SGA.
At Butler, the French Club aims to provide an opportunity for all students interested in the French language to be involved in an immersive community to promote a greater understanding of French culture. Informational lessons on French music, art, and language can be found and read about through their bi-weekly newsletters. With events including Indy Francophone and upcoming holidays, the French Club intends on expanding activity and providing educational opportunities in and out of Butler’s campus.
